We actually negotiated and bought our car online. The buying experience was quick and easy. Our sales person (Dawson) was fantastic - couldn't ask for anything better! When we actually met him at the dealership we found him to be very knowledgeable of the Genesis vehicle that we were buying, he was very thoughtful and kind in his presentation, and frankly the best car sales person that I've ever encountered in my 60 plus years. The rest of the LH Miller team was equally as kind and courteous. The sales manager even came outside as we were leaving to shake our hands and tell us how much he appreciated our business. It was a great experience and don't think I would shop anywhere else if we were to buy another Genesis.
