I love my Hyundai, this is my 4th one but….
Our car was serviced quickly, Other than a disappointing check in, I was satisfied with our service. We had made an online appointment that never reached the in house computer, so there was no record of our appointment, we had the text verification on our phone. After a smirk and rolling eyes by the customer service, our car was served and the rest of our visit was great.

We just want to say thank you for taking the time to complete our survey! We are committed to improving your experience, and we take your feedback very seriously. I apologize but our on-line scheduler has not been activated and I am not sure how it would have even allowed you to set up an appointment. We are in the process of getting the scheduler set up and hope to have it running again within the next 30 days. Again, I do apologize for the inconvenience.
