Outstanding Customer Service - Top Notch!!!
Brandon Stephens, Sales Mgr, provided "Outstanding" Customer Service! Recently, Brandon purchased my vehicle for his firm within 4-hours (without a new vehicle purchase) at an agreed upon price. My sale and his purchase transaction was completed timely and exactly as noted on our sale/buyers contract terms. Brandon's vast sales, personnel skills/managerial expertise are self-evident...as he is a straight forward and very honest individual..."his word is his bond!" I had spoke with Brandon the manager on a situation I was having with my car that I purchased on April8th and he gave me the bull crap line on June 28 if I bring it to them and let them put on the diagnostic machine and they found the problem I would be covered no problem or if nothing they can fix they would send to Volkswagen. So I bring my car to Hyundai on 7/3 and told them about the light and that my car was jerking. Maintenance was so ready to get off on the 4th they lied said it didn’t jerk on them nor no detection. So when I pick it up and Thales person drove it around he even said the car jerked with him and as soon as I turn out the parking lot light come on. So I had appointment with another dealer that found the problem called Brandon and he stated he’s not paying and didn’t try to accommodate me as the paying customer that I was three months ago when you wanted my service. So I say hell to the Nall t Langdale Hyundai

I love my Hyundai, this is my 4th one but….
Our car was serviced quickly, Other than a disappointing check in, I was satisfied with our service. We had made an online appointment that never reached the in house computer, so there was no record of our appointment, we had the text verification on our phone. After a smirk and rolling eyes by the customer service, our car was served and the rest of our visit was great.

As always Alena at the service desk is very knowledgeable and friendly. She kept me updated on repairs, recalls and when the job would be completed. Unfortunately I’m moving from the area and will no longer be able to bring my car there for service.
