Scratched my car, refused to fix
The worst customer service I've experienced so far. They fixed the car, but left a giant scratch on 2 of my car's doors. When asking them to fix the scratch - they were marinating me for 3 month, saying that they will call back. The name of the service guy is James Gonzalez. He was saying that he will call back, but never did. When I eventually reached out to his manager, there was 0 apologize for the situation, he just mentioned that the car was dirty when they took it and they can't be sure that its them that scratched the door. 0 orientation on the customers, trying to squeeze every single $ out of you, they neglect customer satisfaction like it doesn't exist. Will never step my foot there again and would recommend against going to this place. 0/10

Mike and Carl were so helpful. They were honest when it came to the cost of the vehicle etc. They care about the customer and not just about selling vehicles. It was a great experience

Excellent Experience here!!
I was very pleased with this dealership and all the people I dealt with were very helpful, friendly, informative and I felt NO pressure during the whole transaction which was a great surprise & relief! No one tried to talk me into more, there was no pressure to buy “more”, and I am very happy with the new vehicle I got and all its features, it’s appearance, and yes even the price! I definitely recommend this dealership especially if you are looking for an enjoyable no-pressure car buying experience, I was and that’s what I got!

Avoid them if you can
Very unprofessional. I was communicating about buying a car and was very clear i will buy it if they can sell it for msrp. Initially was told about dealer accessories and i told them i don't want it. I get an email from them(Ezmeralda) stating that the management has notified that they are selling at msrp and accessories are added once the car arrives and can be avoided if i come in and prepurchase the vehicle. I called(Mike Nam) them to confirm it and he said yes. I go there and they said straight no. Why would you do that to your customers? Why say or promise something if you cannot honor it? They did not even had a courtesy to apologize for the miscommunication if that was the case. Please avoid them if possible.
