Neil Leerhoff is a down to earth guy he was very helpful on everything even tho he is still a new guy don’t chase this guy off I will b back in the near future because of him if u want a vehicle go check at Kunes Honda in Quincy IL ask for Neil Leerhoff or Dion they will help u

Purchased a used 2019 Ford Fusion in July 2022. Great car, great salesman. Dishonest finance guy and sales manager did not stay true to his word either. Tried to slide gap insurance in which I specifically did not want. I missed it when signing the papers, but when I called them out on it, they lied about they had submitted the forms and even sent me unsigned copies with a bogus date of 8/2 when I contacted the warranty company the request was made on 9/9 without my signature or paperwork at all. Add to that the extended warranty was agreed to be $17/mo with confirmation by the sales mgr verbally and they now refuse to reduce it or even meet with me so as to not have to lie to my face, they instead run everything by the salesman who is not at fault at all.
They owe me $1200 and I will never go back. I bought my last car via Lambkin Hyundai and had no issues whatsoever.
Run from this place.

I am unable to edit my stars but please hange this to a 5 star rating. Upon later consideration I realize that the parking situation that day was not a normal day. It was just one of those days the facility was very busy. As always the service, staff, and quality was exceptional. So please edit to a 5 star as this review will not let me change it. Thank you

Hi Margie.
Thank you for taking the time to provide us with some feedback on you most recent visit. I am sorry about the parking lot situation. You must have caught us at a really busy time. I hope that this doesn't leave a bad taste in your mouth as we try to get our customers in and out as quickly as possible but sometimes we are just simply overwhelmed due to how fast we are growing. We know that our parking lot is a bit of an issue right now and have plans in the works for a whole new building and lot to accommodate for our fast growing dealership. Tis obviously will take some time though so that being said, if you come here for any reason and there are no available parking spots by our service drive, please just pull up next to one of the garage doors and we will move it to where we need it to be. Once again I am very sorry for this and I hope that you will give me the opportunity to earn a 5 star survey as anything else really does hurt our numbers back here in service. Hopefully the service provided was top notch. If not PLEASE let me know. You have always been a great customer of ours and we really enjoy seeing you at the dealership and hope to see you again soon.

Wrecked our car
After nearly 4 months of our car being on this lot for repairs, we received a call from Mark notifying us that one of their technicians in the service department wrecked a car into our car. He assured us that the dealership would pay in full for any and all repairs. The car was finally repaired mechanically after 3 1/2 months of sitting on this lot, and taken to the body shop for body repairs. After being put off and told the body shop had to order additional parts, we call for an estimated time of repair directly from body shop and we were informed that they had not even received approval from Kunes insurance company. We were later contacted by their insurance company and informed that even though we were told they would cover repairs, that they will not cover repairs. Even though the damage was caused by their technician on their property in their care, custody and control they expect us to file a claim on our own insurance and suffer the hit to our insurance, suffer the financial strain, suffer the depreciation of the value of the vehicle that now will have an accident on its record. After this nightmare of an experience just for the repairs alone, now we are being td we're responsible for $8,900 worth of damage to our vehicle.

Buying A new car
We went to Kunes to get our 2020 Hyundai appraised, and Josh Brown met us at the door. Before long we had purchased a new 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe. Josh treated us with respect and it was very easy to do business with him. He has contacted us several times to make sure we understood everything about the car.
