My wife and I stopped in to buy a new vehicle, and were blown away by the professionalism and wealth of knowledge that our salesman Mike had about not only the vehicle lineup and our specific model of interest, but also Mitsubishi as a company itself. All of the staff between sales and financing that we dealt with were incredibly accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. At no part in the buying process did we feel pressure to buy, and all communications and dealings were very open and clear to understand. Any questions we had were answered completely to make sure we were completely comfortable with the process. This was our first experience at Kross Mitsubishi, and we would absolutely buy with them again. (Another quick shoutout to Mike, Ari, Sam and Barry for helping us out so much)
