I loved my old vehicle and didn't want to get rid of it but because of a desig flaw I couldn't keep it. Shiva and the rest of the team at Kross Mitsubishi made the process of finding and buying a new car very easy and not so stressful.

Outstanding sales from Mike
Our household has purchased 3 new vehicles from Mike in less than 2 years. He explains the mechanics of the vehicle in a way everyone can understand. He sets up a comfortable atmosphere and there is NO pressure to purchase...we just happened to need a vehicle! We trust the Mitsubishi make with our lives.
Sam made the finance part of it easy to understand and was very helpful! Mike and Sam are our Mitsubishi family.

We lost our 15yr old Mitsu in an accident, and started the shopping. We looked
to another Mitsu, but shopped other makes too, so went to a few dealers, but seemed none really wanted our business without a trade in. When we went to Kross, we by chance ran into Aaron who sold us the car in 2009. He went above and beyond to answer our questions and concerns, and gave us options within our budget, and offered us a good deal.
Then Sharif and Sam in finance took care of us, making financing easy. Financing stage has always been the bane of my existence, but Sam was made it effortless, and found some sweet Mitsubishi loyalty packages, giving us an incredible loan rate, which was already impressive. He got everything ready for insurance and registration, and then Sam and Aaron made delivery super easy and fun. We started off 15 years ago, but they still wanted to maintain the relationship.
