Safety Inspection
Dropped off vehicle at 9:30am for a 10am appointment. Was told that a few cars had just arrived immediately before me and that my car would be done an hour later as a result. Made it seem as though these customers didn't have appointments but were given priority because they arrived before me. Not the way I would do business. Was a few minutes late to my next appointment as a result.
