I had bought my Genesis from Delray Beach Genesis the purchase was great but the service department was awful. I then needed service so I contacted Coconut Creek Genesis. Initially service was very good but the second time I needed to bring the car in I couldn’t get an appointment and nobody answered me. I then contacted Kings Genesis in Deerfield Beach. What a difference Lacey from the service department ordered the recall part we needed emailed us when the part came in and made us an immediate appointment where Shane picked up our car and bought us a loaner. Lacey went out of her way to make sure to keep us informed by email, phone and texts. I definitely recommend Kings Genesis in Deerfield Beach for the wonderful care and service.
