I recently leased a GENESIS G-70 at KING GENESIS. It is a great car, my 3rd G 70. They gave me a great price. BUT Hyundai Finance made an error and created a problem. The manage, ERIC, stepped in and resolved it for me in just a few minutes, THANK YOU ERIC. I wouldn't car shop anywhere but at KING GENESIS. They are the best and ERIC is the best of the best.

King Genesis and service advisor Lacey came highly recommended. My first service experience there and met expectations. Lacey is a first class operator. Great communicator and accommodating. The technical work went well but it starts with service from the first phone call until completion. Thank you to the service team but special thanks to Lacey. She is an asset to King and the automotive community.

Wonderful
I had bought my Genesis from Delray Beach Genesis the purchase was great but the service department was awful. I then needed service so I contacted Coconut Creek Genesis. Initially service was very good but the second time I needed to bring the car in I couldn’t get an appointment and nobody answered me. I then contacted Kings Genesis in Deerfield Beach. What a difference Lacey from the service department ordered the recall part we needed emailed us when the part came in and made us an immediate appointment where Shane picked up our car and bought us a loaner. Lacey went out of her way to make sure to keep us informed by email, phone and texts. I definitely recommend Kings Genesis in Deerfield Beach for the wonderful care and service.

Fantastic
I bought my Genesis from Delray Genesis. The purchase was a good experience but the service center was awful. I then took my car to Coconut Creek Genesis for a recall item initially they were great but when I need to bring it in for a second recall on the car it was impossible to get a hold of them. Then I went to King Genesis in Deerfield Beach and a wonderful customer service person by the name of Stacey was fantastic. From our first contact till the car came back Stacey kept in contact with us by email, phone and text messages. She and the service center went out of the way to make us very happy customers. I will definitely recommend Kings Genesis and Stacey made this the best service I ever had.

Hey team, It’s me again!
Hey everyone, so my last review is the outcome of this review! I put in a review about my past experiences there and right after that review I received a call from 2 Representatives that spoke w/ me and fixed my issues and concerns within minutes. I am writing this review about my improved experiences now and going forward with this dealership! My recent experience was amazing! My representative who stayed in contact with me the whole time was Lacey! So a little bit about me, I work over night, 12 hour shifts, and sleep in the day time. She was phenomenal! Lacey made sure my car was picked up, serviced and returned back to me all in a manner-able time. Great job Lacey! The driver who picked up my vehicle and dropped it off was amazing as well, i didn't get her name, sorry, but Lacey know who she is! I appreciate the changes and keep up the good work. After the service, service director himself Ramon Sanchez, texted me about my experience and I was pleased to get the courtesy message! I gave this review a 9/10 because things has improved a lot with King Genesis and the service department. The service department was able to fix all my issues and wash my car with no hesitation! Genesis vehicles are always up to part and I would definitely recommend this place! I love my service representative Lacey, who is amazing and has exceeded all my expectations! Thank you so much team.

Amazing service
The dealer arranged pick up and delivery of my car. Pick up was at the time that was scheduled. Service was accomplished quickly, and I was advised of my car's return in a timely manner. A few minor repairs were completed during the time the car was being serviced. All the people that I dealt with were knowledgeable, courteous and interested in me and my car.
