I bought my Genesis from Delray Genesis. The purchase was a good experience but the service center was awful. I then took my car to Coconut Creek Genesis for a recall item initially they were great but when I need to bring it in for a second recall on the car it was impossible to get a hold of them. Then I went to King Genesis in Deerfield Beach and a wonderful customer service person by the name of Stacey was fantastic. From our first contact till the car came back Stacey kept in contact with us by email, phone and text messages. She and the service center went out of the way to make us very happy customers. I will definitely recommend Kings Genesis and Stacey made this the best service I ever had.
