Bad Customer Service. Only Care about Local Sales.
Trent Kessans did a great job of following up and answering all of my questions. I would rate him 5 stars. But this dealership is the hardest dealership I have ever tried to buy a car from. You would think with a crashing economy and vehicle repossessions being at an all time height they would want to sell a vehicle. This was an all cash deal. Eventually they lost the sale because of the dishonesty and stupid "rules" in place. I worked with 3 different salesmen all on one vehicle. I was told that it did not pass a safety check and that it was being sold at an auction, I was told by another that it was already sold. After a week it had not been removed from their website and also had actual photos uploaded so I submitted an offer online. At that point Trent reached out and told me I would be able to buy the car, however they would not take a penny less. So I had him inspect the car and make sure it was everything that the photos made it look like. He kindly did so and called me back. At this point I tried to place a $4000 down payment on a credit card to hold the vehicle for a couple weeks while I made plans to come get it. I am from out of state and would need to secure airfare to retrieve the vehicle. The $4000 down was approx. 1/3 of the vehicle's price. The dealership refused to hold the vehicle for more than 1 day. How are you supposed to book a flight and hope the car is still there by the time the flight takes off? This dealer had a vehicle I really wanted. It was super clean and priced well. But after 3 attempts I'll find another deal. This dealership has no care for customer service at all. If you want to be lied to, railroaded, and waste your time buy your next vehicle from Kerry Hyundai, but if you do buy from Trent!!
UPDATE. I received a call from the manager, he could not possibly understand how I shared the truthful review I posted. He couldn't understand why I would want to buy a "beater" his own words... (the same car they described the day before as almost perfect!) The phone call ended with, so your one of those people. Great customer service and choice of manager! Dodged a bullet here!

Oil change
Have been here today since 9:22am for an oil change/tire rotation. It is now 11:57 am and still here waiting for my car that has been back in bay for over about an hour. Only here because it was included when bought the car. Worse place ever for an oil change!

The worst buying experience ever!
DO NOT BUY FROM KERRY OF FLORENCE DEALERSHIPS! Run and let an honest reputable dealer earn your business! The Kerry sales team provides the worst customer service- they are shady! Will make you chase them for information, give you the run around and then lie to you. They sold a car right out from under us- we were in financing buying from 4 hours away and conveniently a sister dealership didn’t know it was in financing with us so they sold it. This isn’t how to do business.

Would give 0 stars if we could. We Found what appeared to be a nice preowned car online…called to ask questions and get details…the sales team provided TERRIBLE customer service. We had to chase the sales team for several days, lots of lies, gave us the run around and excuse after excuse. Finally got what we needed to make our decision and We told the sales manager we’d buy the car offered deposit which they refused…sent in credit application- well they sold the car we were purchasing to someone else…Said a sister dealership didn’t know it was in finance… the car was a special first car for daughter’s birthday.

Website misleading information vs sales person
Wanted to buy a specific vehicle, found it on their website, called in the dealer for info and secure the sale, found out from sales' person that is a markup on the vehicle in form of products that normally are options. 499$ for a beacon light type and 3995$ for upholstery protection plan. None of those were advertised on the web page. Majority of dealer sites have something like that: *Purchase price may vary from MSRP or MSRP price xxxxx and our price xxxxx, but not these guys. Predatory practices! Wasted time. Buyers be aware!

Service review!
Why? I like the service dept and always take my vehicle here since I bought it. It's close, they do a very good job and their service is fast. If I had a problem they and you would know about it, but I'm fine with their service and especially Eric, one of the service managers, who always takes care of me. But, I don't appreciate the constant enquiries for ratings everything I take my vehicles in to be serviced. Suffice it to mean I'm happy with their service or I wouldn't go back.

Great auto service and customer service
Stopped in for an oil change. Was promptly greeted by Allisa. who was handling the service desk area alone and doing an awesome job. I was in and out in about an hour. Had a chance to briefly chat with Joel - always good to see him. Troy worked on my car on this occasion - great fella.

Long wait for emergent repair
My check engine light came on, last this occurred my car was having a catastrophic engine failure, a known problem with the Hyundai Elantra. Took car to dealership and was told the wait to look at the vehicle would be 3 months. Bought a new car.
