Great customer service
They were kind and accommodating. Honestly I’ve got to say kindness, compassion, and tolerance goes a long way and I appreciate it where I can get it! The service was also good. Even though an hour is pretty long to wait for an oil change they told me up front that’s how long the wait is going to be, they were up front about that. Overall great experience I highly recommended.

Timely, Professional, Friendly with top shelf work.
Kerners Auto was great! They were extremely thorough. They not only told me what was wrong with my car but they sent me on online report detailing everything that was good, ok, and not so great. The report was descriptive and came with pictures showing what and where the problems were. I believe Tyler was my mechanic and he was very professional and friendly. He was able to answer any of my questions and explain the problems to me. I am very happy with the work Kerners have done. I will be back with my vehicles.

Many thanks to Jason and Tyler, and the team at Kerner’s for accommodating my tight schedule for a last minute brake repair. They were kind and professional, and made sure I had all the information needed to prioritize my repair needs. It was first experience with the business, and I’ll likely be a repeat customer.

I will only go to this auto mechanic place. They did a full inspection on my car with totals of what needed to be done. Went back 6 months later and they honoured the prices. Also they aren't pushy

Quality work at a reasonable price
They performed an excellent job diagnosing and repairing my leaking fuel line and had the repairs completed within one day at what I thought was a fair price. They also pointed out some other things in my final paperwork that may need attention in the near future for me to consider. I've used Kerners for many years, most important I feel they are trustworthy and very experienced and able to correctly diagnose the issues without ripping someone off.

Great auto shop
This is my new favorite shop for car repairs. You couldn't ask for more friendly personnel. They make you feel like you have been going there for years. I had a lot of work done on my car and they went above and beyond. Price wise, I have nothing to compare it to but I would think they are lower than most. When finished with my car, the inside was cleaned and disinfected. I thought the first time, I took in my car, they washed the outside. This time they didn't and I was sort looking for that as I thought it was a really nice perk. I totally trust their work. Highly recommend this shop.

Best Auto Repair In Town
Without a doubt, this is the best and most honest car repair shop in town. Kerner's is about 15 miles from my house, but I wouldn't consider taking my cars anywhere else, at my long experience with them has always been excellent, both in price and quality of service. I especially like the loaner car option.
