Bought a great used car!
I was searching for a good quality used SUV in many different market areas. Found the make and model I was looking for on the Edmund's site which directed me to Ken Vance, Eau Claire location. I live in Eau Claire so that was an easy choice. I had a pretty good idea of the vehicle I was after and the price I wanted to pay, I and was willing to overlook small flaws in the car due to age. So I contacted Ken Vance and was put in touch with Nathan Trapp. I made the appointment to go see and drive the 2015 model Edge. After inspecting the perimeter and the interior condition it was love at first sight. The vehicle was in nearly new condition and aside from the mileage it was perfect. Nathan was great - confident, no pressure, and professional! The no haggle process appealed to me and I felt the car was priced about right anyway. We made the deal and I was able to put money down to hold it. The very next day I came in, paid cash, and was out the door with my new car within an hour. Great experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a used vehicle!
