Crap Service, even worse customer service
This joke of a business destroyed a beautifully restored '61 Falcon when he was just supposed to paint the vehicle. He had it for years and returned it in pieces. Disgusting.

Ken the doc with no knowledge
He will take any car double the price gave my 1961 Ford Falcon back to me in a box took my money not a man of his word infact not a man at all he’s a coward took three years to give my car back in that box he couldn’t finish what he started

Unethical Business Practices
Completely dishonest, unethical, and disgusting business practices. My mother in law lost her dream car after going in for body work and paint. He kept the vehicle for 3 years only giving it back after she paid a lawyer to take him to court. He claimed the $7,000 she paid upfront wasn’t enough, he needed another $9,000 more because of all the work he put into it. He tore apart her engine, which did not need worked in AT ALL, and was not part of the work he had agreed to. He destroyed her vehicle. It wasn’t salvageable when she got it towed away from his business.

Ken is a disgrace. I urge everyone to steer clear from this business.

He has shut down his Facebook page in a cloud of humiliation over the reviews he is receiving. I’m not sure if he can shut down a google page, but I’m hoping he can’t. The public needs to be warned!

The date is listed as 09/27/2019, but she took her car to him in 2016 and only got it back because of a court order on the 27th.

Horrible service
Riuned a 1961 Ford Falcon out of spite. The car was driven in to be painted and came out in boxes and no longer running. Who takes motor parts off a car to paint it. He was paid in full and took 3 years and the job was not done. No money returned Shameful.

Destroyed a 1961 Ford Falcon
My mom had a 1961 Ford Falcon that she has been restoring for the last 15 years. Before my dad died, he had gotten the interior redone and got the motor running. She used it as her daily driver for 10 years. In 2016, she finally decided to have body work done and the car painted to complete the restoration. Unfortunately, she trusted Ken the Car Doctor with that task. Ken initially quoted her $7,000 to do all the work and told her it would take “some time” to complete, but that he would make it look great. She trusted him and paid him the $7,000 up front to start the work. At first, he would give her regular updates on his progress, but after a few months she stopped hearing from him. Anytime she tried to call, he was vague, wouldn’t send any pictures, and would just say he was almost done with it. She knew the work would take time, however, after 3 years she still had no end date for the work. Only after getting a lawyer 4 months ago to get a court order to get her car back, Ken tried to claim that he had actually put $20,000 worth of work into the car, and he needed more time to finish it. However, he could not provide any pictures or receipts for all the work he claimed he did, so a judge order him to return her car and the money she paid him. If this page would let me post pictures, I would.

So after 3 years, the new interior is completely destroyed. None of the seats, hoods, doors, or panels were reinstalled. The front windshield was broken and put in a box in pieces. He removed her back two tires (that were new), and replaced them with older, different ones. He removed her carburetor and other motor parts, so the car no longer runs. Keep in mind, all he had to do was body work and paint, not any engine work. This car was a gift to her from my father (who is now deceased) because it was her dream car. It is now completely ruined. Because she doesn’t know when or if she will ever receive the money back that she paid him, she now has no way of fixing all the damage done or restoring this car. DO NOT trust Ken the Car Doctor with your car!

Damaged ford falcon
He’s loose and I really believe he doesn’t know what he’s doing he should hold a gun when you pay him in full and he destroys your vehicle as he did mine

Scammer.
I’ve paid ken 11,600 00 to put motor in my corvette. That was last winter.he promised to have it done by spring now since I paid him in full early he’s is months behind and told me it’ll be done when it gets done. He’s very rude to me anymore and don’t care that I paid him in full early. I do not recommend using this guy at all. If you have to DO NOT PAY HIM IN FULL. HE ALSO HAD TO REPAINT PART OF IT CAUSE THEY DAMAGED THR FRONT END. TERRABLE PERSON. TERRABLE WORK
