Staff is patient, delivery updates could be improved
The staff was very patient, even when I was not always patient with them.
This was my second purchase from Ken Garff Hyundai Downtown, I came back because of the service they provided on my first purchase. The only thing I would say needs some improvement is delivery updates.

I apologize for our current reality of inaccurate transportation. Our current logistical climate does not make it a good experience for anyone. I can assure you we will strive to keep our customers as up-to-date as possible and again, I apolozie for how it changed your overall experience purchasing with us.
