BAD EXPERIANCE WITH KELZ AUTOMOTIVE
DO NOT!!!I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS WHOLE IN THE WALL MECHANIC SHOP. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. I PAID THE OWNER TO REPLACE A RACK AND PINON ON MY CAR. NOT ONLY DID HE TAKE MY CAR ELSE WERE TO GET FIXED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE, THEY CUT MY PART!! I PAID THIS WHOLE IN THE WALL SHOP TO PUT A RACK AND PINON ON MY CAR. WHEN "HE" SO CALLED FINISHED MY CAR HE CALLED ME TO PICK IT UP. I DROVE MY CAR FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS TO FIND OUT SOMETHING WAS SERIOUSLY WRONG. IT STARTED MAKING A LOUD NOISE WHEN TURNING. I TOOK THE CAR BACK IMMEDIATELY. HE TOLD ME THE PART WAS DEFECTIVE AND HE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR NOTHING. I TOOK IT TO ANOTHER SHOP TO FIND OUT THAT BOTH SIDE OF THE RACK AND PINON WAS CUT WITH A SAWZAW AND THE BOLT WAS STRIPPED TO HOLD THE RACK IN PLACE. I IMMEDIATELY TOOK IT BACK TO KELZ AUTOMOTIVE(THE WHOLE IN THE WALL SHOP) WERE HE INSISTED THAT HE DIDN'T DO IT AND HE TOOK IT TO SOMEBODY ELSE TO DO THE JOB. HE TOOK IT UPON HIS SELF TO DRIVE MY CAR TO SOMEBODY TO DO THE JOB. WHICH IS CRAZY BCUZ NOW HE'S BLAMING THE GUY I DIDNT AUTHORIZE TO WORK ON MY CAR IN THE FIRST PLACE.HE OFFERED TO PAY FOR LABOR I HAD FOR THE NEW SHOP BUT REFUSE TO PAY FOR THE PART THAT HE CUT. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND IF YOU WANNA PAY FOR A PART TWICE AND LABOR TWICE THEN GO HERE. IF YOU WANT THE JOB DONE RIGHT WITHOUT A SCAM THEN DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL END UP PAYING MORE MONEY IN THE END WITH THIS JANKY SHOP. IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD.
