Charged me almost $1200 for them replace the alternator which did NOT fix the problem with my car. They have avoided speaking to me even though I've stopped by there three times and they keep telling me they have to wait for a mechanic to be available . They keep telling me they are not taking responsibility for the error and that I should go to an Acura specialist. . They said that they would call me back but they never have. Extremely poor customer service. Complete rip off.
