I end up spending over $1,000 before my warranty run out just to get the car fixed and on the road terrible customer service they annoyed me for weeks trying to put it off , I should have reported them to State of New Hampshire for what they did they would have been shut down, they should have never been a sticker on that card to begin with. Then I told him it was dangerous to drive and they're like oh it'll be okay just drive it here and we will look at it . All the way from Maine to New Hampshire like 4 hours no bolts tightened down in the front of it at all? I was like okay I don't even want these guys working on my car if that's the way they are.. I don't trust them at all at this point to even be working on the vehicle, I'll take it to my mechanic and get it done right. And so I did.
But I couldn't believe that they put me in danger driving it all the way to Maine and then they wanted to put me in danger and tell me to drive it all the way back they wouldn't go good for a tow truck they wouldn't pay to have it towed back which is what it needed you you couldn't drive it it was super dangerous, brunch two different mechanics and I told them they both said the same thing, .. they just didn't want to go good for it and they knew that I wasn't going to drive it all the way there so no big deal I'm all the way out in Maine she can deal with it once they get their money they don't care about you... but I will never do business with these guys again, and nor would I advise anybody else to I could have been killed if any of those boats would come off the tires would have rolled right off my car my mechanic said he don't know how I drove the car that long without something happen he showed me the car the bolts I have pictures the bolts were completely off some of them weren't even there they had already fell off it was only a few bolts hold in my tires on and they will lose and that's why my car was jerking because the tires were about to fall off..??
