This place is a RIP OFF and I am very upset! Took my car to get the power steering checked out a few months ago because my steering wheel kept locking up and the guy (Name starts with a G. I hate that I forgot his name. Tall big black guy with glasses who is currently in jail as stated by one of the workers) said that he fixed the problem. Charged me $711. A week later the same problem persisted. Took it back and they said it was something else and they "fixed it." Literally, a week later my steering wheel start locking up again. Took it back and they said they "fixed it." My dad had a stroke a few weeks ago so I had to go to NOLA. On my way home the steering wheel locked up as I was turning into oncoming traffic with my 2 year old son in the back seat. That was so scary. I literally saw my life flash before my eyes. Had to get my car towed to the dealership in NOLA. I showed the dealership the paperwork from this place and after they actually fixed my car they notified me that nothing was ever fixed from this place and that there wasn't any new parts on the car. These people scammed me out of $711. I am a single mom, currently not working due to the pandemic. I don't have money to just throw away like that. This really hurt my pockets. I couldn't even send my baby to daycare for a month because of the $711 I had to come up with only to have nothing fixed on my car. I have been going back and forth with these people about a refund and they are constantly giving me the runaround saying they fixed what needed to be fixed but how is that possible if I had to keep bringing my car back for the SAME problem. So now it's time to get the big guns (lawyer) involved!
