Outstanding customer service/performance

My car was not mobile and was finished the same day. Just-N-Tyme employees stayed an extra three hours past their closing hours to make sure I drove my car home the same night it broke down. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at Just-N-Tyme.

I came in for some routine maintenance and Robby checked my wife’s car from bumper to bumper and found some issues that needed immediate attention. He took care of everything in a jiff and the car runs so much better now. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my wife’s car.
Dillon was so helpful in explaining the issues that they found and made sure I understood the importance of each service Robby recommended. He even gave me a military discount!!
I couldn’t be happier with my experience this time and for all the times I have been coming here since 2017

This is the only shop I use

I've brought my car to this shop numerous times since I bought it new, on recommendation from a colleague.
The people who work there are some of the friendliest I've ever met.
The prices are fair and competitive.
The way they look over my car is really comprehensive and they showed me, with pictures and explanations, why certain items need fixing now or can wait some time. I always felt they spoke the truth from the perspective of they cared for my safety above increasing an amount owed for parts and service.
I really am going to miss being able to take my car to them and it will be tough to find any other shop of their caliber.
If for nothing else, go to their shop and talk to Justin or Dylan to see and hear for yourself.
They absolutely earned the highest marks for quality of service, friendliness, timelines, knowledge, and cost--every time I've visited them.

08 WRX

I bought a WRX in SC and was told that the "premier Subaru performance shop of Spartanburg" said it needed one thing to be complete, the car started failing the night I bought it, took it to another shop in Greenville SC, and they fixed one thing and 10 other issues popped up. I moved to the area and was recommended Justin by a friend in the area and said why not. I am so very glad I did, Justin's turn around time, customer service, techs on staff, and communication is absolutely second to none. He had the motor running right in less than a day (around the holidays no less) then gave me an extremely comprehensive inspection of every other area of concern for the car. From there he helped me prioritize areas of work and was a pleasure to work with. My Subaru will go to no other shop from here on out. Thank you guys so much for everything!

OUTSTANDING, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY

I stopped in on my way home with my oil light on. They got me right in and upon doing the free inspection of my vehicle, they found a very bad tire which was not road worthy. They made sure I had good tires to get home (loaning me a set of 4) on blind faith. They are a prime example of good people in this world. God Bless them All.

Emergency stop.

Justin and his whole crew were very helpful and thorough . I had to stop for an emergency situation and they were able to get me back on my way quickly. It was a Friday at almost 5pm yet they took the time to take care of business. I travel through Fredericksburg a couple of times a year and I will definitely go there again if I ever have any car issues !

Tune up for an new used car

This is the third car I’ve brought to Just-N-Tyme because, more than any other repair shop I’ve dealt with, they are thorough and professional, but so patient and willing to work with whatever situation I’ve presented to them. The most recent visit I brought in a beater car I’d just purchased and they understood that it needed a lot of work, but they gave me the best options to fix the immediate needs and got it running ten times better than when I got it. Will definitely be coming back to fix the rest of it.

The highlight for him was the 73 point inspection with photos. There was no high pressure selling. They gave him information about future issues.

Professional Service and High Integrity

I came across Just-N-Tyme while searching for a Subaru specialist who had the capability and the proven experience with installing after market lift kits. Just-N-Tyme is listed on LP Aventure's list of authorized distributors (https://lpaventure.com/pages/distributors-usa). So we connected.

Not only did Just-N-Tyme have the parts in stock for my 2022 Subaru Outback Wilderness, they were able to schedule me the following week. They installed the following: LP Aventure 2" lift kit, ADF Transmission Stablizer, BF Goodrich All Terrain 245/65-17 KO2s, Yakima Rooftop Spare Tire Holder... and performed the 24k mile service that was due.

I drove two-hours to the shop (I am located south of Richmond, VA)... my service began at 8AM... Justin and CeCe handed me the keys back at 3:30PM the same day. What a gret experience. Here are the details...

Upon arriving to the shop early (7:30AM) I was greeted by CeCe and Justin as they were prepping the shop for the day. We discussed the plan for the work, and decided we could squeeze in the 24k service today (I had only initially planned on the lift kit install).

Just-N-Tyme's use of technology to keep customers abreast of progress and findings, and process payments, is superior than most delearships. It feels like you are dealing with a national company, not a small business. This theme carries into both the shop area and the waiting room.

The shop is spotless. The staff is cordial, professional, and clean uniformed. The waiting room and bathroom are nicer than most homes... and well above the quality of their competition. I worked from their waiting room the entire time on their strong wi-fi, sitting on nice leather furniture, snacking on free beef jerky and cookies, while making myself espresso coffees on their Breville barista level espresso machine... while getting electronic updates of how the work was progressing. An absolutely perfect experience.

Everything about the install and service went perfectly. I have 300 miles on the vehicle since my visit (this includes some light off-roading). No issues at all.

In summary, this was the most professional and trustworthy car repair experience I have personally had. Thank you Justin and CeCe. I look forward to my next visit... and look forward to seeing your business continue to flourish!

Excellent and knowledgeable staff

I am new in the area and instead of running into dishonest people, I ran into Justin and Cece at Just-N-Tyme. They treated me with honesty and respect and made me feel at home. I honestly did not want to leave and participate in their spicy chicken event they had going on. Wish I had found them sooner!

I went in for a routine oil change and in the process the examined my car like they always do and due to the fact that I haven’t driven it in such a long time one of my tires dry rotted completely out. Had Just-N-Tyme perform a pre purchase inspection on a used BMW we were looking at buying. They found a few items that I was able to get the seller to address before we signed the paperwork which saved me over $500. Definitely worth it!
