poor communications
problem with oil consumption 2016 Santa Fe Sport. Made appointment to begin test procedure as specified in a TSB. Went to dealer on day of appointment and was told that test needed to be approved ahead of time. Email confirmation was received with my request for service spelt out. Wasted close to 2 hours driving there and back and waiting to be told that nothing could be done that day. Service rep said that they would check oil and top off while I was there. I checked oil level when I got home and found out that oil was still low as it was before I left from home. Very disappointed with dealer and Hyundai.
