Purchase was Great, but cannot say the same for their Service Department
The actual purchase part of buying my new Hyundai was great, but since the delivery, I have tried to contact their Service Department several time (by phone and email). After waiting for more than two weeks, I have given up expecting a response. That is a very bad sign for a new customer of this dealership.

Flying under the radar but providing best service
One of our least favorite things is the new car buying process. That’s changed thanks to Johnson Hyundai of Wake Forest. Carlos Sang provided perfect service with absolutely no pressure. We weren’t required to provide our entire life story before taking a test drive. He helped us find what we wanted and then helped us secure it in less than two weeks - unheard of in this climate. Thank you Carlos and Johnson Hyundai Wake Forest!
