John, thank you for the excellent service you and your mechanics provided when serving my GMC dually. Little did we know that I had a cracked rotor. I contributed the truck pulling to be out of alignment but you quickly detected it to be a more serious problem. I appreciate you being upfront and explaining the issues my truck was having.
