Mr Bushrod was an extraordinary salesman
I was at the dealership getting a recall update on my 2015 Elantra when a nice young man approached me introducing himself Kolby. Respectful and knowledgeable answering all my questions about the 2023 Santa Cruz. The finance team was great and worked with me to get to a down payment AND monthly payment I had in mind. After purchase they will answer any questions you may have. I would highly recommend.

Doesn't want to honor manufacturers warrentee!
My friend bought a 2022 maverick about 5 months ago in South Carolina. He came to Washington a week ago for an extended couple month visit when his car quit. Fortunately he had also spent the money to purchase Ford's bumper to bumper extended warranty that was in Ford's name. Pechels Ford in Washington first told him that they did not accept the Ford warranty. When he threatened to call Ford, then all of a sudden they were willing to back the Ford Warranty.

They looked at the hybrid maverick and determined that it was a known issue that in fact Ford had made a specialty part to fix the issue and they ordered that part, In the mean time they put in a claim with the Ford warranty and now they're telling him that it has been denied even though the warranty is bumper to bumper and this is a very well known electrical issue with the Maverick... So today he's going up there again to get the actual letter of rejection from them (if they actually have it) and then call Ford Corporate!

Me, I bought my last 2 cars from Pecheles and had a 3rd one, that I bought used, serviced there. No more, this is so wrong!

On top of that, I took my used Tacoma and asked them to give me a realistic price that I should ask to sell the truck privately. The manager looked at it and told me that a realistic price for it was $20,000. I ended up selling it a week later to the Nissan dealership for $23,000 (and no, I wasn't buying a car from that dealership, I was byuing a new Santa Cruz from Pecheles Greenville) and the dealership told me that they would be flipping it for $27,000 with nothing done to it...Nice quote Pecheles of Washington.

In the end, my experience with Pecheles in Greenville has always been positive. The Washington store is Pecheles in name only.

My mother in law (Mom) has Alzheimer's. My wife and I cannot leave her alone. October 26, Salesman Tyler Futrell volunteered to sit with Mom at a table near his desk so that my wife and I could clearly hear about finance and warranties. He was so kind and gentle with her. This was a huge blessing. We'll done. Above and beyond! You have my business this day forward.

Overall very good experience
PECHELES has been very good to deal with when purchasing/leasing a car. Highly recommend Anthony Sutton.

Service on vehicle is overall satisfactory- ease of checking in, shuttle if needed. Good explanation of what’s needed. Return vehicle when indicate will be complete.

Lack of communication
Many issues. Almost 3 weeks for warranty repair, when told it would be about 1 week. Didn’t receive good information or updates when waiting for parts. Attempted overcharge for non warranty work. Constantly sent to wrong voicemail. Interior of car floor returned dirty.

They take care of their own.
I bought a 2022 Hyundai Tucson in May of 2021 and they have consistently contacted me, not the other way around for services & recalls. Now when I lost my key fob I contact them and they helped me. They called when it came in and set up an appointment so they could input the chip to my vehicle. I don't have anything but praises for Joe Pecheles Hyundai of Greenville.
