JJJ Auto is the best. Michael the owner is the most knowledge mechanic, honest man, who communicates the issues and options throughout the repair and makes sure the repair is fixed and fixed the right way. Over the many years we have gone to him with my and my children’s cars, the repairs were done right and JJJ Auto saved us a lot of money by zeroing in on the problem and repairing what needs to be repaired. The latest such example, was when I took my car to a local dealer after dashboard lights came with one indicating I should have it checked by a dealer. The dealer completed repairs of electric wires and replaced a level sensor for a very hefty bill. The lights on the dashboard came back on later and I took the car back to the dealer again. They indicated the sensor needs to be replaced and it was no longer under warrantee. I took the car to JJJ auto. Michael discovered that the electric wire repair done by the dealer was so sloppy, the wires came loose. He fixed it the proper way. When he tested the level sensor, he realized it was still working fine. What could have cost me several thousand dollars of repairs at the dealer and replacing perfectly working parts was fixed by Michael for a very reasonable price, a small fraction of the dealer cost.
I would highly recommend JJJ auto for their automotive expertise, outstanding professional service, honesty and integrity, and reasonable price. JJJ Auto is the best.
Have had no issues. JJJ is always available when needed and the turn around time has been within the needed time. Work the have done for me has never had any repeat issues or need for follow up. I would recommend them anytime.
I first came to them a few years ago with an older car. Found that another mechanic was constantly fixing the wrong thing. I then took my car to JJJ and he showed me exactly what was wrong and fixed it. I never had the problem again. I spent so much money at the other mechanic and of course just used JJJ since.
All at JJJ take the time to tell you what was found and what is needed. They take a personal interest. Good old fashion service to the customer. Not a factory line mentality. Customers have value at JJJ
