Great buying experience!
From the moment we met Jessie we knew he was very knowledgeable in every aspect of Hyundai vehicles. He answered every question we had and was just a pure pleasure to work with. We are so grateful for Jessie's diligence in getting us in the vehicle we chose and making sure our payments were affordable. We love our new Tucson and are very pleased with the purchasing experience at AutoNation. We purchased our new vehicle on our 37th anniversary so they even put a big bow on top of it when we went to leave. Everyone was so nice and easy to deal with. Once again, thank you Jessie for everything!

Poor customer service, worst I've seen anywhere.
I brought my Hyundai there for them to diagnose a problem, the service lady said I had to leave it at least 7 days before they would start in it. I asked what if I had an appointment, she said appointment was only for a time to drop it off and would still have to leave it at least 7 days before they would start on it. I bought the car there, this is the service they provide. This is a great reason NOT to buy any vehicle from them.

I called another dealer, they said they would start on it within an hour, so I took it there.

the worst i have ever had by far
Taking time to write this as i wish someone would have warned me. This is the worst dealership that anyone could EVER BUY A CAR FROM. When i say they sell lemons i could never be more correct and i promise from experience they will not take care of their customers once you have signed paperwork. I bought a car from a complete liar(Shane) and the car has been in the shop almost the whole time i have had it. All happened within the first 600 miles of owning it. The general manager wont even return any calls nor anyone from dealership. Please save yourself and buy a car from a real dealership and i cannot stress that enough.

There was no communication about the status of my car. The customer service wasn’t much help to me. Definitely needs improvement.

Once I was able to schedule the appointment, things went smoothly. They changed the oil and did a multi-point inspection. The waiting room was comfortable and WiFi worked well.

Horrible!! Service department is absolutely horrible!! No one picks up the phone. You need to wait three weeks to get an oil change. I will not buy another Hyundai.

Service needs a little improvement
I agree with some of the reviews, it is very difficult to reach a person if you call so I booked an appointment online. The soonest appointment was a month later. When the advisor explained the service I needed, I asked if there were any coupons available. He said he didn't have any but I could look online to see if there were any on their website - when it was Peacock Hyundai the advisors readily provided all coupons that were available. No sticker was placed on the windshield to tell me when I need to return. I was pleased the service only took one hour when the advisor said it would be about 1-1/2 hours.

Way too long with an appointment.
Service was ok, the 3 hour wait was terrible, the 3 weeks for a "service" appointment was unacceptable for me to maintain my car. I think I purchased a service contract, so I may be stuck.

This dealership STINKS
They don’t answer the phone, don’t returns calls, don’t perform service when promised. Bad attitudes. Cars cost thousands of dollars, I don’t think any of us should have to suffer this awful incompetent dealer.

Excellent services
My experience at the dealership was excellent. However the problem is getting an appointment. I can't get one online so I had to call and the appointments are at least a month out. This is the second time I had to do this. Thank goodness it's only for routine maintenance. Otherwise I have nothing bad to say.

Better than Clemson Rd. but still needs "work"
Hard to get an appointment within a couple to three weeks time frame. No one answers the phones. I'm sure this is all due to staffing but the outgoing message could at least say so.

Service department – very poor communication
When I bought my car initially, my salesman, Mr. Ernest Coleman was absolutely wonderful! When I took my car back to the service department because the window gasket, driver side window was damaged prior to purchase. I had the first appointment scheduled for that day. After sitting there for an 1.5 hr, they started work on my car. Apparently the service manager and one of the workers was late, for whatever reason I was told. After sitting for a total of 3 hours without any communication. I went to the desk. I was told at that time a part would be ordered immediately. It would take 10 to 14 days. As of 3/6/22, I’ve heard nothing from this dealership.
