Go elsewhere. Poor service and vehicles don't get advertised mpg
The dealership is largely unresponsive. I bought my car early last August. Only one key was given to me at signing. The other was promised by year's end. I t never came. I tried calling my sales rep a few times but received no reply. I tried calling one of the managers and left a message. Again no reply. I tried calling again and finally got ahold of one of the managers who said that he'd check on it and get back to me. He never did. In addition, the whole complementary oil change perk is not to be taken seriously. Good luck being able to get an appointment. My guess is that the warranties probably are probably not going to be honored if I ever have to use them based on the post sale treatment of the customers. Finally, I bought a hybrid with the hopes of saving money on gas. The advertised mileage of 53/56 mpg for the 2023 Elantra Blue is nowhere near reality. The actual mileage is 10-12 mpg less that the advertised mileage.

So, where's my 2nd key fab Hyundai?

Shockingly Bad Service
On 11/4/2022 I brought my Genesis G90 in for a warranty repair. The part arrived a week later, but they claimed that they had no appointments available and would call me. I called back a month later, same story. I received a call today (2/2/2023) indicating that they could make an appointment for next week. I advised that I sold my car a month ago and bought a new Volvo S90. With such poor service I am no longer a Genesis owner, nor fan. It's a shame - Genesis makes a nice car, but service in this market needs to catch up!

Christian was an amazing help with helping me find the right car for me! He made sure that he updated me with information on when the car got there, helped me find suitable insurance. Overall he gave me the best information/help.

I went a bout a car on yesterday my sales guy was Christian Smith he was awesome very professional. He was not a pushy sales person who just want you to buy a car my daughter also got a car both fresh and new off the truck.. I would give him a million stars if we could . As a seasoned woman EXCELLENT customer service is a must. I was informed during the car buying process and my salesman was very attentive and patient with me. Today was not a good day.
Waited over two hours. Random part was sitting on the dash when I got in to leave. Last time I was there unbeknownst to me, my notification in the car for service was disabled and so I went over between services and had to pay this time because of that.

Good experience
The staff was very nice. The day I went was
a crowded day. My only problem was waiting on the street to get in for my car service. Even though it was crowded, I was out quicker than I thought I would be.

Hopefully it will be better next time . .
My experience wasn't the best from beginning to end (and it's still not over yet). However, I had to get the manager involved and at least he listened and promised a resolution.
