After calling AAA twice and two flat bed tow truck operators telling me it was impossible to tow my car off a hill, I called AAA again and specifically asked for a smaller tow truck to come. When Kevin arrived he said No Problem! He also let me know the smaller truck is called a Wrecker so now I know exactly what to ask for when I know a flat bed tow is too big! He was able to get the car all hooked up and to the mechanic with no issue. He was very pleasant and Occidental Towing will now be my choice for future needs. That Can Do attitude is refreshing!!
