Kevin was Great!
After calling AAA twice and two flat bed tow truck operators telling me it was impossible to tow my car off a hill, I called AAA again and specifically asked for a smaller tow truck to come. When Kevin arrived he said No Problem! He also let me know the smaller truck is called a Wrecker so now I know exactly what to ask for when I know a flat bed tow is too big! He was able to get the car all hooked up and to the mechanic with no issue. He was very pleasant and Occidental Towing will now be my choice for future needs. That Can Do attitude is refreshing!!
Friendly people, good service reasonable prices. Happy with the experience.

Jerry’s has worked on our vehicles for many years. Old ones and new ones .... cars, tractors, etc. if they can’t fix it they send us to someone who can.
Jerry’s has worked on our vehicles for many years. Old ones and new ones, cars, tractors etc. if it is not something they can fix they send us to the ones who can. Explain what they are doing and why. Very helpful. They do a great job of towing also. I call them before I cal AAA and we go from there.

Kevin from Occidental Towing pulled my car out of a ditch. It was a very tricky situation, with the car frame hung up on the pavement, and the passenger-side wheels hanging in air. Kevin was marvelous, masterfully manipulating the winch and wood blocks to get my car back on the pavement without a scratch. And he was pleasant and calm throughout. BRAVO!!!
Spoke with Sherry. She said the business owners are honest. She mentioned that the staff gets the job done fast. She also said that if something isn't right, the staff will fix it.
