Worst Service Center I've Ever Encountered
The service center at this site is truly terrible. My car was at the facility for nearly two months and I was not able to get a single service center associate to give me an update on its status for the entire duration. The phone number doesn't connect you to a person and when it finally does it isn't a service center person. My service advisor had a terrible attitude and talked to me like I was ignorant even though my car was having a recall and took nearly two months to fix and return to me. Disrespectful, unprofessional, and downright bad. I would have rather waited 6 months to get an appointment at any other dealership than to have to deal with this Jeff Wyler dealership ever again. If you need your car serviced DO NOT go here. It's not worth your time or aggravation.
