1. I originally scheduled my truck 2 weeks in advance, the day of the appointment they called to reschedule a full week later
2. They didn't send me any work approval notices until after they had my truck for over 48 hours and I had to call them twice for updates
3. They texted me saying they had all of the parts required on Friday (I brought it in on a Tuesday) and it would be ready to pick up Monday, then they pushed every day until that Thursday instead
4. Everything they quoted me was on the very highest end of price ranges I found independently
