Great Service and Fair Pricing
I originally came in to have my brakes done, but ended up having a broader conversation about the overall care and maintenance of my car. I did end up going forward with a few additional services, and I’m glad I did. The team was professional, explained everything clearly, and I felt confident in their recommendations. They do quality work at fair prices, and I never felt pressured — just informed. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service.

I don't feel qualified to answer a survey.
Since I came into the shop for a specific estimate, which was more expensive than the dealership, but did not have any work done- I don't feel qualified to rate JC Motors. I was treated well, the office crew was friendly. They texted and emailed me using the wrong name, my husbands- which was not personable

Alignment
Came in for an alignment, was informed I needed a repair to complete the alignment. Once that was handled my vehicle was aligned and driving perfectly now. Informative and speedy service.

Great people, awesome service.
Took my car in after it would not start, JC Motors tested everything, battery, starter, alternator, ect, and when they found nothing wrong, except a loose terminal on the battery they fixed it and did not charge for any of thier testing. They suggested a few other services, but they were never pushy about it. When I asked about a quoted cost, they explained everything in detail. When everything was decided, they finished the car with hours our our conversation, getting me back on the road that same day.
