Get ready for this.
THE GOOD
The car seems to operate great with the repairs you did. You fixed a lot of stuff but I went in only for the control arm--right rear wheel. I guess I needed the extra repairs for the car to be safe to drive.

THE BAD

I received the pictures of under the car that needed repair but was promised pictures of the finished repairs after serviced, as stated on the wall in your waiting room. Never received that. I asked for INSPECTION TICKET on car for 2026 but when I came in to pick up car--no inspection ticket on car. Then after paying almost $6,000 for repairs, you had the nerve to ask for another $35 for the sticker. How grossly rude.
