Don't answer phones or return calls
I have had a one year old Santa Fe at their shop for 16 weeks. Yes, 16 weeks! When they said it was ready last week, it had more problems than the one I took it in for. It is very difficult to ever get an actual person when you call. And they are not at all good at returning calls, even to just give a status. I do not recommend this dealership. In fact, after having my vehicle unavailable for so many months in its first year, I can not recommend Hyundai either.
