Not happy with customer service
I took my a truck in for a pre-purchase inspection and paid $93 on January 24th of 2020. They diagnosed a few things but nothing super major. I was told that the brakes were good. I later purchased the truck and brought it to my hometown shop where I live which is 60 miles away. Upon further inspection the brakes on the front and back needed to be replaced due to the pads on the front even though they were a little thicker were cutting into my rotors and the drums and shoes on the back were worn completely out. I called J&M and spoke to Jose who told me to send some pictures of the brakes as proof and that they would refund my money. how many golf courses can you play I later called them after they received the pictures and was told they could not give me a refund unless I came down there and let them inspect the brakes themselves. I told them that that was 60 miles away and that I'd already had them fixed because they needed to be done. Jose told me that the pictures in the front the past were too thick even after I had told them it was cut into my rotors regardless of the thickness and even admitted that the rear drum and shoes were bad. I said that maybe they could at least refund half of it for the fact that my rear drums were bad and they didn't even tell me. He told me he could not because his manager said no. I'm not sure but whatever happened to the customer being right. In this case they basically did not believe me and would not refund any of my money. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
