John said they got him in fast and got it done fast, but the final price was $2000 over the estimate. He did add an $800 service, which they said was going to be $5000. When he got the bill, it was $7,700. He would recommend the service but not the price.

Julia said she had a pretty solid experience, she was really appreciated that they were able to see her on quick notice. There was an issue where it was making a noise and the mechanic said he thought it would be because of the bearings, and she didn't get a complete answer when she asked the cost. She did have a positive experience and will be going back for more work to be done.

Susan said the service, the people, all of the above. She thought they were a little expensive for her Toyota to have an oil change. Other than that, everything was fine.

Spoke with Michael. He said everything was fine and prompt, and good. He did request that the tail lights would be fixed, but they were not. He wasn't charged for it, but it wasn't done. He said the turnaround time was quick, they were professional and good, and the work that was done was really good. It was complex and they fixed it up really fast.

Cecil said that they did a smog check, which also requires an air pressure check on tires by law, and he had high pressure in his tire after being checked, which he did not appreciate.

Matt said they did some of the repairs without calling him first. He said he did give them a cost amount to stay within, but he was hoping to get a call from them.
