If anyone needs work done, I always send them to Mr Taylor’s shop, they have done work on countless vehicles for my family and tI. They are more THE MOST reliable shop in the area. This being a family run business means they work together to accomplish everything, and they do it well! I can honestly say they are a great example of what a car repair shop should be, hard working, patient, flexible on cost of repairs, or payment plans, etc. It shocks me to see so many bad reviews. BUT that’s what you get from a small town. People will fabricate a story or hop on the bandwagon, solely so they can say “I was a part of this” or contribute negatively to a situation for personal gain. I definitely see other repair shops having people post on here to ruin the name of integrity auto, in turn creating more business for themselves. Take these reviews with a grain of salt. Be sure to make a decision in regards to how you feel about Integrity auto on your own, only after you have had an experience with them. I can personally vouch for them and say they have literally stayed till dark working on vehicles to insure that a customer (me personally) gets their vehicle in time for whatever event they need it for.
