We took our Subaru to the Subaru dealership to have them check the seat because it was extremely loose and wobbly. It took them the entire day to do the diagnostic on it, and then they wanted an outrageous amount of money to repair it. We called Independent Auto and they got the car in quickly, gave us the diagnosis within a few hours, and we had the car repaired and back by the next day. They went out of their way to ensure they repaired the vehicle to both their and our satisfaction, and the staff was super friendly.
