Worst experience I’ve ever had buying online. In The Swim is running a scam. They shipped me a previously used and broken part when I ordered a new one. This was done through Amazon. I explained to Amazon what the problem was and even provided Amazon evidence that In The Swim scams their customers and so far Amazon has done nothing about it. In The Swim refused to exchange or refund my money. Even though I was polite and gave them multiple chances they refused and even resorted to calling me names other than my own. The review ratings on Amazon and Google are artificially high because companies have ways of influencing them. If you hesitate to trust sites like this one check the BBB and you’ll get the correct info.
