Spoke with Steve. He said the repair was less than estimated and it was done faster than expected. The mechanic explained what was done, and Steve felt like he understood and knew what was happening.

Engine sensor lite came on while driving home. Took car to Batavia Mobil next morning and they diagnosed the problem as a defective oxygen sensor. They replaced sensor and the problem was fixed. Fair price and car picked up a few hours later.

I think Alan is the only person who has ever worked on my car. More than knowledgeable about cars, which he definitely is, he is fair and honest.
