Purchased a pool liner new, every year for 3 yrs. This year I called back, finally. Customer support doesn't repeat back what you said to them, properly, it feels like I'm in a twilight zone, or something strange. If I'm calling within the year of purchase of my most recent liner, than yes, I'm probably calling about the warrant. However, by the time customer service realizes this, my manufacturer warranty per state of IL laws, will be expired. I let it go previous 2 years approximately $1200.00 worth of liners, the 3rd yr I call, on the final liner (in for approx over 2k now), and I cannot reach anyone intelligent.
