One of the best decisions I have made! I love the workouts and the instructors are always so helpful and available for questions whenever. I have yet to do the same workout and I always leave feeling good about myself. Over all great place, great workout, and great people.

Amazing!
How cliche is it to say that ILKB changed my life? It's pretty cliche. However it has, most definitely, change my perspective on exercising and fitness as a whole. Something I used to dread is now something I look forward to. The staff is amazing, and even better than that is the other members. EVERYONE is so kind, supportive, and really have become bonus family members. Going back to the staff, I know I can text anyone of the staff members for advice or motivation and I always get a response that is both inspiring and helpful. The moment you walk through the doors of ILKB you are supported, inspirited, and celebrated. The work outs are fun, the music is loud, the trainers are supportive and give you the right amount of push, and you'll soon find yourself looking forward to your workouts. I promise you, joining ILKB isn't something you'll regret, you'll wish you had the opportunity to do it sooner.

Fitness Game Changer
I am so glad I kept my consultation appointment! It has been 7 weeks and I am addicted. I was a bit nervous about the hour-long format, but it flies by. The staff are wonderfully motivating, friendly and genuine. This place is a fitness game changer.

LOVE LOVE LOVE
This place is phenomenal. I love this place. I have never liked to work out, and therefore had no motivation to do so until I took the trial classes and saw how this could be a part of my lifestyle. The group setting motivated me from the start to continue to push myself. I am proud of the changes I am seeing. The staff is spectacular! Joining was the best choice I made.

great workout
I initially signed up through Groupon; but after my first class, I got hooked and purchased a class bundle. Each class has a similar format - a 15 minute warm-up that consists of a jog and body-weight exercises, then 5 rounds with the bag, and partner drills! Kickboxing is one of my favorite workouts of the week since its great cardio and strength building as well as a good de-stressor! Each instructor is very motivated and encouraging and teaches you about form. I have been going in the last 8 months and I feel much stronger than ever! -

Such a great work out!
I joined ILKB a little over 4 months ago. I was super intimidated to join but the instructors made we feel welcomed right away. They walked me through the first workout and encouraged me the whole time. Since joining I have gone down a size in my jeans and I’ve lost 15 pounds. So glad I joined!
