I personally joined as soon as my first class ended. With the warm welcome I got as soon as I stepped in, to the all around positive vives I got from the trainer ( Suraj), I knew this was a community and I wanted to be a part of it. Every class is different. It encourages you to do better, to push yourself without feeling discouraged if you can't keep up. The members are always friendly and you can tell a lot about a gym by its members.. the members speak for the gym and it's a place they love to go to. They have adhered to Covid-19 restrictions but still make it interactive and fun. You gain a killer workout and a place to workout and grow your boxing skills but you gain so much more. You gain a family of trainers and members who will be part of your journey to a better you and you will be part of theirs. Any additional equipment, wraps, boxing gloves, are available and provided and are amazing quality too! If you are "slacking" they check in .. it holds you accountable to the promise you make to make it in and workout . They offer various times for classes and for personal one on ones! This works out with any work or day schedule you might need. The quality of the classes are also killer but fun and modifications are given to make sure you are taking care of your body and not hurt yourself . This place cares about your fitness/health goals in every way possible.
