Truck breaks down every 2 months
Bought my truck & it breaks down every 2 months. The warranty covers it but it doesn't fix the problem of a $50,000 truck only working for 2 month intervals then breaking down for 30-60 days.

Great Experience made buying a car so easy.
A big thank you to Dean in the sales department at I-5 Auto, Most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. No pressure, we went in knowing what we wanted and even having to send someone to the Olympia lot to get it, Dean got it done a bit of paper signing and a lot of patience from Dean waiting for our Insurance ID's to download and we were off driving the new car home. Would definitely work with them again should the need arise. Thank you to the I-5 team.

Awesome Ford is Awesome
When I used to take my old Ford Explorer to a dealer for service, I would have a lot of anxiety. It seemed like they would always have some big expensive work that would have to be done or want to charge hundreds of dollars for "maintenance" service.
Not at Awesome Ford. The service reps are always very friendly and courteous, but even more important is how they explain possible service that should be done and by when. Empowering me to be in charge and make the decisions of what and when further service would be done. What a relief!
Now I will not take my care anywhere else.

Great Experience with no pressure. Best vehicle buying experience I've ever had!
Raymond Tate started off right by sending me a video welcoming me to Awesome Ford. He worked hard to find the right truck for me and was SUPER responsive to my numerous texts. Totally won me over right there. Cristian Orozco took over at the dealership. The atmosphere was not pretentious or stuffy. It was relaxing and easy going. Cristian was helpful, polite, clean cut and genuine. I'd totally have a beer with him. Even the sales manager was straightforward and cut straight to the point, and was very fair with my trade in value. I drove an hour and a half to go to this dealership and I'd do it again for sure. I felt like every team member including the finance guy was a straight shooter, which I appreciate. Thanks guys!

I had an unparrellel experience buying the 2018 Ford Explorer Sport at Awesome Ford. It was the most relaxing process and comfortable environment. HUGE thank you to Phil Wade for giving me the best sales experience I’ve ever had. I will never forget the extra time he spent to show me all of the cool features inside my new ride. The bar’s raised at Awesome Ford and people really need to know about this!

Excellent Customer Service
I made an appointment for my new vehicle to be serviced and timed it so that I could stop in on my trip from Portland (work) to home (Olympia). I was running ahead of schedule and was an hour and a half ahead of schedule. The service department got me in even though I was early and finished the regular service on my car quickly and with a smile. I really appreciated how they made me feel valued and important and didn't blink an eye at having to make accommodations for me even though I could see they were busy. I was very impressed. Thanks, I-5 Cars (Awesome Ford).

C’mon! Step it up a notch. Don’t be average.
Terrific front desk service guys. Have a hard time paying for service when my car comes back dirtier than when it went in. Really? Can’t even wash the windshield yet convince me to buy new wipers? Are you the only auto dealer in America that doesnt return a clean car after service? Yet every car on the lot is clean?? What?

They are always quick and easy to work with----cant ask for an easier situation----pay them more!!!!!!

I can tell they are beyond busy sometimes but they are very good about making you feel like you are a their priority during those times.
