Horrible service department. Scheduled an appointment for an oil change and addressed other concerns. Was told it would be $150 for a diagnostic test and the time they needed for that and an oil change was for 2 hrs.
Took the car at 10:30 am. Didn’t hear back from them until 4pm! Only because we had to go, get and Uber and check on the car ourselves. When we arrived they notified us that they had just started on the oil change and that the test wasn’t ran yet.
No one gave us updates . It’s ridiculous that people who have things to do have to constantly call in to remind people how to do their job properly .Nonetheless the service is horrible. Workers that are not related to the sales area are rude and have no sympathy.
