Service Department Provides Dismally Poor Service
The Service Department does not return calls. To date, they have had our 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe for a warranty repair for 48 days. They have repeatedly lied about the status of our car. We have had to enlist the help of Hyundai of American on our case ... and even our Hyundai of America Consumer Assistance case worker has expressed extreme frustration at the disinformation and lack of communication from this dealership. This place might be fine to buy a car, and it's fine for oil changes, but they're HORRIBLE for any other service. I'll never buy a Hyundai again after dealing with this place -- Hyundai's great warranty is useless if your dealership takes months and months to make warranty repairs!

I'm calling Sami out specifically as someone who has lied to me repeatedly and lied to Hyundai of America. He provided his direct line to me so that I could reach him, but he does not return texts, does not answer his phone, and has a voicemail too full to accept messages.
