I've had Twins Automotive service my car for about 5 years. I went to the shop after my dealership quoted me $3,000 worth of repairs. I had Twins Automotive give me a second opinion and instead walked away with repairs worth $100. I trust Twins Automotive which is huge and I won't take my car anywhere else!

Transparency and honesty
Show and tell you their findings during inspection tell you what it takes to fix it how long it will take and how much it will cost, everything went accordingly.
A good friend of mine recommended this place to me so I decided to call and speak with the owner and told him what was going on with my car and he gave me a very excellent estimate compared to the other shops I had previously called.
Unfortunately, the damage on the car was more extensive than originally thought and could not pay for the expenses. They were very kind enough to let me store my car there until I found a company that would take the car off my hands ;not a lot of auto shops will let you do that. ! I will definitely be bringing any cars in the future to Twins Automotive in Vallejo, as well as recommend this place to my friends and family. Once again, thank you very much for your services!
I was prepared to pay out 1000s for my Dodge Ram believing it was the Transmission and it was the oil pan so much less. They are always honest I just took my Toyota Prius and my problem is resolved.

I loved working with this company. Everyone I had contact with was so friendly and everything was explained clearly by the head technician/mechanic. The office staff was nice and even offered me coffee while I waited! I feel their rates are competitive and pricing was explained clearly prior to the work done. I also appreciate that they are community oriented and this is a small detail, but one that I loved, is that they hung up kids drawings on the wall...cute touch! All around I give them 10/10. I've already recommended them and I just got my car back yesterday :)
