I was prepared to pay out 1000s for my Dodge Ram believing it was the Transmission and it was the oil pan so much less. They are always honest I just took my Toyota Prius and my problem is resolved.

I loved working with this company. Everyone I had contact with was so friendly and everything was explained clearly by the head technician/mechanic. The office staff was nice and even offered me coffee while I waited! I feel their rates are competitive and pricing was explained clearly prior to the work done. I also appreciate that they are community oriented and this is a small detail, but one that I loved, is that they hung up kids drawings on the wall...cute touch! All around I give them 10/10. I've already recommended them and I just got my car back yesterday :)
From drop off to completion, service was fantastic.
I needed both headlamp assemblies replaced. I drive about 5000 miles per month, mostly at night. The estimate of time and expense were accurate. Rare these days. I'm a loyal customer now.
I had them check out my car for problems, I thought my brakes were squeaking….they checked out my car and told me all I need was an oil change. I am a 65 year old woman and am so grateful that I did not receive a BS story designed to extract my cash. I will definitely be going back!!
Twins Automotive repairs ALL our vehicles expertly. Had Timing Belt replaced and I knew that spark plugs needed to be replaced but I did not mention this because we all know how expensive Timing Belt kits are. So Juan, the owner calls to say car was running rough, that he did a scan and checked the plugs and showed me. Once he replaced them, GAS MILEAGE HAS INCREASED. JUAN and his crew are VERY TRUSTWORTHY. TWINS AUTOMOTIVE WILL BE and has been for years now OUR ONLY REPAIRSHOP. VERY CLEAN SHOP, PROFESSIONAL AND VERY KIND.
