In desperation of getting new car at the moment of buying, got new Kona over the phone. Stephen who I originally spoke to and helped me out was wonderful. Julia was sweet and as helpful as she could be. The financial advisor, more on pushy side, what I remember of old car salesmen type, which I was not in mood for after 14 hours of working.
