Easy Car Buying for a single mom with a toddler in tow!
Went in to have my car appraised to see if I had any trade in value. Was a 14 Elantra. Was given a fair trade in value which motivated me to trade in and buy new. Took my 2 year old along with me and everyone was very nice and accommodating. Dave knew my budget and worked hard to find a good fit. We drove around the lot several times to check different cars. Test drove. Dave knew which colors I liked and didn’t. Which features were important to me. We found the perfect fit. Paperwork signing was a little stressful being I was making the decision by myself and had lots of questions, wanting to make sure I was making good choice. Management came in and really made things easy to understand. Dave personally helped me move over the kiddos car seat and harnessed it in, helped me get all my junk out of old vehicle so we could say our final goodbye. Hyundai called to check in. Dave has been responsive even via text which is super helpful. Overall great experience and now I have a cool mom car and can say I did it independent with the help of Dave at Hyundai!
